Blue IoT

The terms IoT, or Internet of Things, refers to a set of hardware and devices, which through a telecommunications network are able to communicate, send and/or receive data relating to their own status or the status of the assets to which they are connected.

The new "low power" IoT sensor networks are more sustainable because of their low energy requirements. Making use of new data transmission protocols such as the LoRaWAN network created for IoT applications, has significantly improved data transmission, allowing the transformation of water utilities into a big data management model on data acquired from water supply networks, and no longer on estimated or uncertain values.

The new Blue Gold ecosystem based on the Internet of Things, smart devices, web-based cloud platform and artificial intelligence algorithms, provides indications for the efficient and sustainable management of available water resources.

For several years, Blue Gold has been developing projects and heading with digital integration of flow meters, control valves, pumps and inlets.

A real-time ecosystem of smart devices able to utilize the Internet of Things paradigm for an optimal and complete management of the water supply network and pipeline systems.
